Join Little Rock Parks and Recreation for a fun group ride along the Arkansas River Trail. This ride is geared for beginners and is a "no-drop" (no one is left behind) ride. This is a free program for riders 16 years old and up.

This women-only weekly road bike clinic provides a structured environment where it is fun to learn new skills and safe to ask questions. It is also a great place to make new cycling friends.

This is a Wednesday night beginner's ride designed to teach the basics of mountain biking. It is a free program for riders 12 and older. The ride meets at Boyle Park, River Mountain Park, and Allsopp Park North on a three-week rotation.

You are welcome to join our regular Sunday afternoon co-ed ride. We start from the bottom of River Mt. Road and go down the LR side. We can also look for you at the Big Dam Bridge. We end up at Community Bakery for a snack before we return. We will take new riders to the newly paved SE Trail on...
