Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas invites members and all interested community members to attend a public presentation by the City of Little Rock on plans to Close the Loop along the Arkansas River Trail. The City’s Civil Engineering Division will share details on the proposed improvements to the Cantrell Road segment between Water Works Road and LaHarpe Boulevard, an essential connection for completing the trail network. The open forum will be held at the Dunbar Community Center, 1001 West 16th Street, Little Rock, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Representatives from the City’s Public Works Department will be available to discuss the project and receive public input.
