CLINIC DESCRIPTION

This women-only weekly road bike clinic provides a structured environment where it is fun to learn new skills and safe to ask questions. It is also a great place to make new cycling friends.

GOALS

• Support other women in gaining confidence by improving bike-handling skills and fitness and sharing our passion for cycling.

• Learn the fundamentals of riding a road bike in a group environment (paceline).
